There is a Swedish song in praise of "Wonderful inflatable Barbara", she being one ersatz female companion.
I respect Newton's designer-builder-maker abilities shown by his reflecting telescope high enough that we would not try to make for himself a female companion from sheeps' intestines.

Well, I expect he'd take them out the sheep first, probably.
