There was so much stuff yesterday that it is hard to find a good summary but this 9 minute video does the job. Everyone should watch the whole thing but if you are pressed for time just watch from 7:49 which is sad, horrifying and infuriating.

So the person used to work for Johnson, then left to work for the Trump White House, then went back to work for Johnson on 6th January! They then did the jiggery pokery with the delivery to Pence which Johnson insists (chinny reckon) he knew nothing about and has no curiosity finding out.

Today was the first time I’ve heard that he wanted to go to the Capitol and was really upset with his protection detail that they wouldn’t take him there. He said he was going to, IIRC, then we* mocked him for not going, but it seems like he actually wanted to. How much worse would it have been if he’d done that? USA was close to becoming a dictatorship.

Yeah. And it’s the first time we heard about him knowing there were people with AR15s and glocks there who he wanted to let past the metal detectors because he said they weren’t there to hurt him.
