Yes, spokesperson for Home Sec says it was supposed to be a private conversation, as if that somehow makes it OK. It wouldn't be OK if he'd just said it to one old mate in their home after a few drinks. There's nothing about it that is OK, ironic or even faintly amusing. Fecking hell.
