Vaccine rollout in Brazil: Locked and loaded

Rather than being a sperm or a KKK member, the thing holding a gun is "Zé Gotinho" (which I'd roughly translate as something like Jonny the Droplet), a figure originally intended to represent the polio vaccine to encourage kids to get their shots/drops.
The text translates as "Now our weapon is the vaccine". Because, for a certain kind of man, you're not doing anything useful unless you're shooting at it with bullets.
