Naftali Bennett is now PM of Israel.

He has a majority of 1 and is allied with people who mostly disagree with most of what he says, including an Arab party. Yair Lapid, the leader of the largest party in the coalition, has a veto over his decisions. Lapid will take over as PM, after 2 years.

I don't think it can last very long. I would be astonished if it lasts long enough for Lapid to take over as PM. It will be significant only if it lasts long enough that Netanyahu's legal troubles escalate to prevent him from becoming PM again. Then maybe, without Netanhyahu, Israeli politics will be reshaped. That can be the only reason these other people are supporting him. Though they have probably also extracted some favours in return for support.

And barely is the new PM's seat warm when he makes some air strikes on Gaza.
