That's the kind of regular light exercise that is recommended for people of his age.

Yes, of course, Trump may have problems that I don't know about.dyqik wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 1:32 amAnd apparently regularly shits himself on stage, judging by tonight's rants.Woodchopper wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2024 1:16 pmFor all his faults Trump isn't that unhealthy - for example he doesn't drink alcohol or smoke, and takes regular exercise.
Trump's infirmities wouldn't get covered up by the UK press in the same way that the US press does. The UK press is far more into beginning everyone down.
Re: Who's next?
Given the two very right wingers in the last two - one of which will now lead the party... does anyone see the Tories splitting? How many of the 121 MP's actually want to go along with this madness?
At one point Cleverly had the support of, what, 40 MP's, and if 50 of the 121 split off or sat as independents at the incoming shitshow of Jenrick or Badenoch, then the LD's would become the opposition.
I know, I'm dreaming, but it's fun to dream.

Actually yeah - if 25 of them defected to the LD's then LD's would become the opposition...jimbob wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 9:19 amSDP moment?TopBadger wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 9:06 amGiven the two very right wingers in the last two - one of which will now lead the party... does anyone see the Tories splitting? I don't want to dream about this - because I don't want to end the dream of Boris keeling over like a stranded whale.

So, of the two varieties of batshit available we have the Badenoch flavour of batshit.

OMG has anyone notice that Kemi’s surname can be written as Bad Enoch? And you see, she’s a Tory, so she’s bad, and she’s said some stuff about immigration which means she’s even worse than Enoch Powell! I’m sure I’m the first to think of this, but it’s very clever isn’t it? And funny. I must go and tell Twitter about this! I’m sure to be the first to think of it.

My avatar was a scientific result that was later found to be 'mistaken' - I rarely claim to be 100% correct
ETA 5/8/20: I've been advised that the result was correct, it was the initial interpretation that needed to be withdrawn
Meta? I'd say so!

Re: Who's next?
Fine thanks, how are you?
Re: Who's next?
She’s pretty f.cking awful. She’s the only person I’ve ever heard MrsBJN refer to as a “c.nt” after Badenoch said catering to neurodiverse children’s needs is giving them an unfair advantage. Having direct experience of how well neurodivergent children are actually catered for, I’m in agreement with MrsBJN.

Bliar. Now that was genius. Bliar. Ha ha ha. Even better than Rachel Thieves.

Her only redeeming feature is that they've picked her because no one else wants the sh.tty placeholder job and she will never be PM.bjn wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:31 pmShe’s pretty f.cking awful. To be fair, she might still be the less deranged optionbjn wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:31 pmShe’s pretty f.cking awful. That doesn't mean I disagree with bjn, or Mrs bjn. Just that Jennerick looked even worse.jimbob wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 5:11 pmTo be fair, she might still be the less deranged optionbjn wrote: ↑Sat Nov 02, 2024 1:31 pmShe’s pretty f.cking awful. Re: Who's next?
So, in the grand tradition of this thread, who will replace her?
I guess since the Tories aren't in power, you might a have little more time to get your answers in than for Truss.

Obviously I’ve missed something, I thought you were referring to this thread.

He's referring to people on twitter coming up with stupid names for politicians and thinking it's funny
