Boris Johnson’s Lebedev Meeting
Yvette Cooper Video

He’s finally admitted it. This video includes some details I wasn’t aware of and it’s amazing to hear questions like “was he so drunk he couldn’t remember?” asked in Parliament.
I don’t think this is going to go away now his ability to maintain a cover up effectively has been taken away from him.

I’ve decided I should be on the pardon list if that’s still in the works

https://twitter.com/rhonddabryant/statu ... G6urVnu23wI have checked the FCDO published transparency records for ministers’ meetings. Johnson did NOT register the meeting with Alexander Lebedev. He cannot have notified his officials

I assume he was just there for the booze, coke and hookers rather than anything political.
We have the right to a clean, healthy, sustainable environment.

A foreign secretary totally off his tits won’t necessarily be at his most guarded. Even if he wasn’t deliberately divulging state secrets to the Neo-KGB as Agent Mop Head, it’s beyond unconscionable.Bird on a Fire wrote: ↑Fri Jul 08, 2022 5:49 amI assume he was just there for the booze, coke and hookers rather than anything political.

It is almost as if the FSB planned it that way ...

What is here was dangerous and repulsive to us.

Re: Boris Johnson’s Lebedev Meeting
You've got to admit it is very on-brand that the scandal that the then-FS walked out of a NATO meeting about Russia, slipped his minders and met up with a known KGB agent but got too drunk to remember what happened there while accompanied by a mysterious "guest" (I'm going with a "Shady Lady from Smolensk" for now) while the rest of the UK was still reeling from a Russian chemical weapons attack on the UK mainland passes almost un-noticed because of all the other scandals and chaos surrounding the now-PM.

Latest intelligence suggests it was a slinky minx from Minsk.
In six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them. The human body was knocked up pretty late on the Friday afternoon, with a deadline looming. How well do you expect it to work?
Re: Boris Johnson’s Lebedev Meeting
Dominic Cummings (so needs verification) has said that Johnson also secretly met Lebedev in 2020.
Have you considered stupidity as an explanation

Re: Boris Johnson’s Lebedev Meeting
Went from a NATO meeting which was primarily about the Skripal crisis to a meeting with a KGB agent (no such thing as a former KGB agent) accompanied by an unknown person after giving officials and security the slip and allegedly tried to organise a phone call to the Russian Foreign Minister from the party although may have been so drunk he couldn’t remember and he certainly left no official record of the whole thing and has avoided the questions about it for months.Bird on a Fire wrote: ↑Fri Jul 08, 2022 5:49 amI assume he was just there for the booze, coke and hookers rather than anything political.
It’s political.
I’ve decided I should be on the pardon list if that’s still in the works

Re: Boris Johnson’s Lebedev Meeting
There’s been some discussion about that and that appear to be Evgeny rather than Alexander. Not quite sure why he is accusing journalists of getting everything wrong on the subject. Appears to be trying to stay relevant.
