Not a good week for Steve.
1) His attempt to get out of his trial fails miserably

The defeats for Bannon stunned his lead lawyer, David Schoen, who asked, aghast: “What’s the point of going to trial if we don’t have any defences?”
2) The hearing tonight confirmed that they had phone records showing Trump and Bannon had two conversations the night before the insurrection

I know he's going to appeal and no one has actually due the since the 50s, but...

Guilty, and going on Tucker Cuntson between verdict and sentencing, which I'm sure will be very helpful for him...

He could get as little as 30 days (two minimum sentences served concurrently) but I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets 6 months to make him an example. And I think he might find prison* more difficult than he expects as someone from an extremely privileged background with an inflated idea of his own toughness (I’ve heard him refer to himself as a street fighter before hilariously).
* Some talk he may not actually go into a federal facility if

He does get to appeal, unfortunately.
