If you ignore the billionaire rapper aspect it's the typical tragedy of radicalisation by the far right.

Ye got divorced, and lost custody of his kids in part due to his having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The psychiatrist in question was Jewish person, the guy his wife moved onto is half Jewish, etc. Man loses family (his mum died recently too) and starts being vocally racist against a group of people he can pretend were responsible. Time to make a Netanyahu puppet, and do some act about him snatching your family away. Depressingly predictable.

Obviously the billionaire rapper aspect makes it considerably worse.
