Seems like they'd have to reorganise their supply chains to have goods arriving via RoI. Probably a good opportunity for Irish supermarkets to expand north of the border.

Supermarkets sourcing goods from RoI is probably the near term answer. Though Northern Irish consumers would have to get used to different brands (not the end of the world but might lead to some resentment). And there might still be supply problems until production could be increased.
Northern Irish consumers will also be able to drive across the border and buy food.

Well they've had four already
I'd be surprised if they haven't at least come up with a back-of-the-envelope plan. Off the top of my head, they could try to reduce the number of different types of products in each truck to simplify paperwork, probably offset by storing larger quantities in NI.
No solution will be free, of course, and the cost will be passed on to consumers, which is bad.

NI voted to remain.
England carried the leave vote... and given those little englanders did not stop to consider the impact of Brexit on Kent its clear they also couldn't give a single f*ck about NI.

Tesco already operate stores in RoI, so they may already be set up this way.
One problem with the "drive across the border" option is that Belfast and Derry are much bigger cities than any of the towns just across the border, so there's a store capacity issue to this.

Yes, my brother told me that would happen specifically about fishing in 2016.
Some of his close colleagues in the Welsh Assembly service also do fishery work

Still no agreement on level playing field, governance, fish. Draft treaty text is over 600 pages. Seriously running short of time for the EU parliament to ratify it by the end of the year. There might be another week, but at some point soon the EU parliament committees are going to refuse to take it.

Reading the various accounts of Cummings and Cain over the weekend, it was striking that there was little mention of EU strategy. So it looks like the two just managed to piss off too many people. Foolish of me to think that there was a guiding intelligence behind the events.

A FB Brexiteer told me it's a storm in a teacup as both men said they hoped their work would be finished by the end of 2020 so it's all going to plan and this is just a load of Guardianista sh.t-stirring nonsense. You can imagine my relief at learning all of it is planned.

Apparently yes. Tales in the press that Cummings sat in on Johnson's meetings, and stayed behind to talk to Johnson afterwards. It kinda looks a bit like he rebelled against the man who'd been bullying him.
