This weird nitpicking about manifestos and the like is pretty excruciating point scoring and I'm thinking of keeping you all in after class to help tidy the stationary cupboard.
Like the cupboard, this thread is also not going anywhere.

Heh.

Here's an interesting insight into Cummings, from 2018 - when he refused to attend a select committee investigating fake news (Cambridge Analytica etc) chaired by Damian Collins, arch-remainer.

The later email exchanges in particular are worth a look.

I was willing to be reasonable with my taciturn offer of a vague date months beyond your request. This was to underline just how BUSY I am, running the country.

You were then mean so I deemed you unworthy. This will by last correspondence, I won't read anything else.

Oh yeah?! Well screw you and the horse you came in on. You can't touch me, you bunch of partisan rotters.

Pre-lockdown follow-up: it seems the government has failed to remove Cummings as a named participant in the tribunal of the spad who got marched out by police on Cummings' orders. They tried to just have it generalised to the Cabinet office, but that looks to have failed (so far). So unless they can get him removed, if she wins he'll also have financial liability...
