Some forecasts here from Politico:
Nicky Morgan is definitely out at DCMS, with Oliver Dowden tipped to replace her.
Alok Sharma is definitely promoted from DfID, with Anne-Marie Trevelyan tipped to replace him.
Geoffrey Cox is almost definitely out as attorney general, with Lucy Frazer tipped to replace him.
Theresa Villiers is very likely out at DEFRA, with Steve Barclay, George Eustice and Mark Spencer among those tipped to replace her.
Andrea Leadsom is very likely out at BEIS, with Alok Sharma tipped to replace her.
Julian Smith is seemingly in the balance at the Northern Ireland Office following this morning’s reports in the Times.
Thérèse Coffey is also in the balance, but probably staying at DWP.
Ben Wallace is probably staying at the MoD, despite heavy briefing against him.
Jacob Rees-Mogg is probably staying as leader of the Commons, after going into hiding since November.
Mark Spencer is very likely staying as chief whip, though has been angling for the environment job of late.
Liz Truss is almost definitely staying in the Cabinet, although it’s unclear if she remains at DIT.

Wow, not Chris Skidmore.
I wonder if now-invisible but surely not for long ERG he-man Steve Baker will join his rightful place amongst the elite?
And I wonder if a ruddy faced squire with enormous estates will take over environment?

Theresa Villiers, genuinely one of the most vacant and mystifying presences in cabinet in the last ten years (and that includes Chris Grayling),
is GONE!
(Soz, the LIVE! nature of this got slightly delayed cos I had a meeting).

Sajid Javid resigned, according to Laura he was told to sack his advisors if he wanted to.keep the job. I assume if he had agreed Cummings would have been essentially Chancellor.

He used to be the Chief Secretary to the Treasury. Like Javid, he's usefully ethnic but has the more pleasing characteristic of having absolutely no opinions of his own.

We had a quick google at work and he turns out to be a PPE, hedge fund, merchant banker type. Bound to do wonders for the common folk of the UK.

Budget in 3 weeks then, presumably Cummings has already written it. This is going to be really interesting, Cummings is constantly talking about disruption and big ambitions and f.cking over the idle rich etc.
