Face mask consumer study

It was done by Which?...anyone got anything to say about it? It rates it on things like 'instructions' which is important but I suppose not necessarily the best metric given you can do research elsewhere...

I got my masks from Blindsave at sTeamTraen's recommendation. Unsurprisingly they aren't reviewed. They're a bit annoying around the ears after a while but on the plus side the ear bit is adjustable. I was half thinking about getting some with a softer ear loop but I'm unsure about the non-adjustable aspect of that.
To defy the laws of tradition is a crusade only of the brave.

Well I notice they are not very specific about what they mean by "effectiveness" - i.e. effectiveness in terms of protecting the wearer? Or effectiveness in terms of protecting others from stuff exhaled by the wearer? Although they do refer to particles "penetrating the mask" which sounds like going in?

I though in general the evidence was that woven reusable masks were really not very effective for protecting the wearer?
