Seems county lines networks have now adapted to covid restrictions to avoid detection etc, and while there were fewer missing persons reports over lockdown, kids that went missing were more likely to be vulnerable and may be being exploited, although missing children were more likely to be classified as low risk during lockdown for Reasons Unknown (well not quite, there are some explanations in the second link e.g. children in care homes trying to reach their families, but it seems to be a live issue).
