Since San Marino didn't get any vaccines via the EU scheme it bought 7500 doses of Sputnik V directly and now a whole load of Italians have been calling up asking for it
(In general, San Marino isn't allowing it, unless they're health workers with specific business in San Marino)

Re: Vaccine rollout in San Marino
San Marino has given at least one dose to more than a quarter of its population and has fully vaccinated 22.7%. This thanks to the Sputnik vaccine while Italy remains in line with the much lower EU averages.
But then it's somewhat easier to have 15,000 doses of a vaccine than it is to have 200 million.
