Obviously you can see from the edit history that the page was created by user Framawiki. Since Framawiki is the author of Framabot which does various maintenance tasks, clearly they are someone who - at least in the past - has been rather active in creating and maintaining Wikipedia, presumably French Wikipedia. Perhaps someone who has come across your work on policing naughty academic articles, and thought it deserved some recognition.
