Didn’t realise it was from seven years ago. I saw a link on Twitter, thought it was new.

It is. This kind of thing happens occasionally, if you missed it first time round it’s great. It’s just a mystery as to why things suddenly become popular after years of obscurity.

There are super spreaders on social media. I can tweet and get no responses, but if I reply to someone with a big following, I can get a huuuge amount of interaction.
This wasn't so much of a thing in 2014, much less earlier.
My avatar was a scientific result that was later found to be 'mistaken' - I rarely claim to be 100% correct
ETA 5/8/20: I've been advised that the result was correct, it was the initial interpretation that needed to be withdrawn
