Clearly postponing the fireworks was the right thing do to do, given the storm risk. But this is Hungary and that's probably not the point.

I think we should fine weather forecasters every time they get one wrong.

We should also reward them for being specific and accurate, otherwise the weather forecast is just going to "chance of rain, chance of sunshine, possibly light winds with chances of strong gusts, slightly unseasonable temperatures."
