Sensors in Sweden have detected a rise in nuclear particles from somewhere near on or near the Baltic Sea. The Stockholm monitoring station detected 3 isotopes, Cs-134, Cs-137 & Ru-103 associated with nuclear fission at higher than usual levels.

Anyway, my first thought is the Russians test firing their super-duper nuclear rocket motor again. Hopefully not blowing up the development team this time.

The quote I saw denied it was any of their power stations. Which isn't exactly the same as its not being them at all.

But that's probably not significant as I don't expect the Russians to agonise over issuing a denial that isn't strictly true. It is them, though. The chances of its being anyone else are slender.
