There appears to be a venue across the road called The State Room so maybe Trump didn't realize that he was in some industrial estate on the edge of town.
The adult bookshop next door is called Fantasy Island.
What's funny about holding a press conference at Four Seasons Total Landscaping instead of the Four Seasons Hotel?
ETA - someone on the intewebs has pointed out that as well as being tucked in by a sex shop and a funeral parlour, the road that Four Seasons Total Landscaping is on leads to a prison... such a well crafted metaphor for the Trump administration...

The next step could be still be very entertaining: forced eviction of the Trump crime syndicate from the WH.
In some ways, I hope they are still trying to cling to power in January. Pathetic and largely defeated, yet enough of a threat to remind people to vote against them in Georgia.

The US journalist Jimmy Breslin once described pompous prat Rudy Giuliani as "A small man in search of a balcony." Giuliani will henceforth be known as "a small man in search of a shrubbery".

having that swing is a necessary but not sufficient condition for it meaning a thing

The great thing about Four Seasons is every possible explanation is implausible. There's no way it could have been chosen deliberately. No way it could have been booked accidentally. The timing of it starting 5 minutes after PA was called is too perfect to be real.
Hoards of tourists visited it yesterday. The owners are going to sell T-shirts.
Oooh...I've got an idea for how to win a runoff election; how about a joint attack on your own party in the state, designed to minimise trust in the entire electoral process?
ETA: It's worth noting that, while Republican, the Secretary of State they are attacking actually ran a very transparent and apparently clean election, and the also Republican Lt. Gov. has spoken to the media saying there was no evidence of irregularity.

When they say "there have been too many failures", are they perhaps referring to the failure of their long running voter suppression strategies to cope with high rates of postal voting? (The whole thing of making highly-Democrat supporting districts wait in long lines to vote doesn't work so well if people can post them in instead.)
I'm genuinely wondering if McConnell's play in siding with Trumpism is to try and keep the base fired up for Georgia runoffs, and if so, it is stupid; it will fire up the Democrats, too, who just won the state's electors, and will remove the incentive for moderates to aim for divided government for checks and balances.
That said, I genuinely think, from what I've seen, that McConnell promising a senate that will obstruct everything Biden does may not play well with those moderates, given that the thing that causes ratings drops for the senate and house is moments of deadlock, especially on popular policies like COVID relief.

Like many threatening media, it doesn't actually state what the problem was, so how would the SoS rectify it? (if it wasn't dismissed immediately)
Yeah but they'll play it by saying that if Biden has a 50-50 senate, he'll be in thrall to the socialists and communists to get votes through, so they shouldn't elect the dems.
Interestingly, Trump's just sacked his defence secretary. The guy who was displeased about Trump's use of military forces against BLM protestors earlier this year.
I know he sacks a lot of folks, and we probably shouldn't read too much into it, but I'd love to know what contentious national defence issue they were arguing about in the last few days.
We have the right to a clean, healthy, sustainable environment.
I’m getting quite worried they’ll end up overturning the result even in the absence of evidence.
And they are trying to couch their challenges in terms of the US Constitution (e.g. mail-in votes breach the 14th Amendment, not being allowed to threaten Democratic voters at gun point breaches both First and Second Amendments etc.) in order to force them in front of the SCOTUS with the mafia mindset that their friends in the Supreme Court will be willing to put their loyalty to Don Trump before mere trivialities like basic reality, the rule of law and the entire legal underpinnings of the entire Republic.
SCOTUS watchers assure us that these nonsensical challenges will never get anywhere near the SCOTUS and if they did they would be immediately thrown out. But OTOH you then remember Brett Kavanaugh is an actual thing.

What is here was dangerous and repulsive to us.
This place is best shunned and left uninhabited.
