What you've missed: looks like the exit poll was optimistic for the Tories. Certainly they won't be getting upside from the 131 target.

LD and Labour doing well.

No lols so far, but Basildon in recount is promising.

Yes. But because it's done on the probability basis it isn't a precise miss vs the exit poll.

Given they know that the press will ignore them in favor of Nazi Nigel "1 MP" Farage, it's a sensible national press strategy.
