It's weird watching the trending predictions vs results on the BBC website. Labour is always ahead of the trend (secured 205 of their predicted 405 with less than half the results in) but the Tories have lagged massively ( as I write, 32 of a predicted 154). I know it'll just be an artefact of the particular counts that happen to finish first but it's curious.

Yeah, it happened in 1997 as well. Labour had an overall majority whilst the Tories were way down, on about 80 or so seats.

Only 667 votes in it.
Well done, you personally got them 668 votes

Apparently the estimate for getting out the vote is roughly one voter per volunteer per hour, so I'm responsible for maybe 6 voters tops lol. But, like the average football fan, I'm definitely claiming this.

BBC
Labour from 410 to 405
Conservatives up from 131 to 154
LD down from 61 to 56
Reform down from 13 to 4
It had felt that the Libdems were delivering some solid wins
Don;t know what's going on with the BBC. Now changed again
Labour: 410 to 405 to 410 again
Con 131 to 154 to 144 now
LD 61 to 56 to 58
Ref 13 to 4 to 4 still
