We recently realised that password reset and registration emails were no longer being sent by the server - this issue has now been fixed, so if you were having difficulties, please try again. Many apologies for the error, this seems to have been the case for some time. Thanks (and apologies) to Ivan for bringing this to our attention, and to dyqik for sorting it all out.

I'll leave this thread as a Global announcement for a week or two and then will downgrade it to just the Helpdesk forum.
