This is a quite remarkable discovery, potentially a massive breakthrough in cancer treatments. A type of T-cell that can target a wide range of cancers, hopefully leading to a more generalised version of CAR-T therapy.

I really hope this doesn’t turn out to be too good to be true or flawed in some important way. What on Earth will conspiracy believers do with themselves if we make a step change in fighting cancer?
