Just for anyone who doesn't regularly read SBM, which obviusly some regulars here do (waves to Chris P).

I am increasingly perplexed as to how facebook and twitter are not seen as "publishers", just as I don't understand why amazon and ebay aren't regularly prosecuted for selling goods that you wouldn't be able to sell in a shop (for example, stolen goods on eBay).
