Too easy to fiddle ATM. Not that decent people would. My husband did a lateral flow test this morning, before visiting his mum in her care home. He put his results on line. All he needed was the QR number and he was sent a text, allowing him to visit. Plus booster proof of course.
Does anywhere but the UK allow self-certification. Most countries (a quick google suggests Spain is one of them) have certified testing centres where LFTs are performed.
