Should do a little bit, yes.

The pitch doesn't really change, but the timbre does due to the change in sound speed changing the wavelength of the frequencies, so that higher frequencies in speech resonate at the size of your voice box.

There's less in the way of a resonant cavity involved in farting, but probably still a bit of that going into the timbre.
